Clean, nice furnishings, and amazing views of Saadiyat and the surrounding islands. Host was very responsive and check in and out was a breeze. Definitely recommend it!

The apartment was perfect. Response to my one and only question answered in 2 minutes. Entry was a breeze and the electronic lock super convenient. Location is ideal whether there for work or play. Great pool, beach and gym. Very livable for even a few weeks (or longer) stay.

Excellent apartment. Inside photos don't do it justice. Location is nice and quiet and residential and secure and most importantly working air conditioning. Apartment was extremely clean and had everything needed for a long weekend break. Host was very clear with instructions and answered any questions promptly. There is a shop/mini supermarket steps away from the apartment which had everything we wanted for a self catering apartment. We even did a bit of washing so we didn't go home with a suitcase full of unwashed clothes. We took a taxi to yas marina from the crowne plaza next door which cost £2.50 each way. It's walkable but not for us in 40plus heat. Views from both directions from our 8th floor apartment were outstanding. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again next time we visit Abu Dhabi. Entrance was really easy with a lockbox key code. We went to the pool in Mayan 2 once didn't get chance to use the gym but looked well stocked with equipment if needed. Can't wait to travel back.
